Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

Jolimar Beauty Supply’s (“Jolimar”, “we”, or “us”) return policy allows you to request a return or exchange of eligible items purchased through our website within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of purchase. We will not process a refund or exchange request made after said 15-day period has elapsed.

All sales are non-refundable except products that fall under the electrical equipment category and are eligible through our return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be included in the original packaging and fall under the electrical equipment product category.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Electrical Equipment that has been proven to exhibit factory issues.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will confirm receipt by sending you an email. We will also notify you of our decision with respect to your refund request through email. If your refund request is approved, we will proceed to process the same, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the period it takes your credit card company or financial institution to apply the same.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. If you do not observe a deposit for the refund amount in your account, please contact your credit card company or financial institution (as applicable) to determine the status of your refund, as it may take some time before your refund is deposited. Please consider that there is some processing time before a refund is successfully posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale will not be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged while meeting the criteria discussed above. If you need to exchange your item for the same type of item, please contact our customer service department at beautysensellc@gmail.com and request and exchange. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to your address.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address to give to you later, we will send a refund directly to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the following address: Ponce ByPass #1762 Reparto Industrial San Rafael, Ponce, PR, 00716, United States.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If, after evaluating your refund request, we determine that you are eligible for a refund, said refund will not include the cost that you incurred in shipping the item to us.

After evaluating and approving an exchange request, the period for delivery of the exchanged item may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we exhort you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
