Beauty Sense, LLC, a Puerto Rico Corporation doing business as Jolimar Beauty Supply (“Jolimar”, “we”, or “us”) is the operator of the current website, located through the uniform resource locator (“url”) https://jolimarbeautysupply.com ("website" or “Site”). By placing an order through the website, you, as the customer (“you” or “customer”), are bound by the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policy, which both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we thus may not be able to fulfill your full order at time of purchase. In this instance, we will notify you before attempting to fulfill your order up to the amount of all available products to consult whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item(s), remove the unavailable items from the order or if you would prefer for us to cancel your order.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected at time of purchase. The shipping price added to the order will constitute the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
Jolimar Beauty Supply does not accept returns unless the item falls under the category of electrical equipment and has been found to have factory damage. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense, and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you through e-mail once this process has been completed. Jolimar Beauty Supply will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping costs paid.
Jolimar Beauty Supply will gladly honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within ninety (15) days of the date of sale of the items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Upon Jolimar’s receipt of the items sent by the customer based on a valid warranty claim, Jolimar will attempt to process your warranty claim within seven (7) days.
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for two (2) to seven (7) days.
Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for four (4) to twenty-two (22) days. Shipping time may vary greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We may offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within two (2) business days from the date of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we may change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
Jolimar Beauty Supply will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). We are unable to offer this service through courier services.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you that it is out of stock of this item prior to fulfilling your order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the estimated shipping time, please contact us so that we may examine the reason for the delay.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link through which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider subject to that provider tracking system availability.
Parcels Damaged In-Transit
If a parcel is damaged in-transit, we exhort you to reject the parcel from the courier and contact us through our customer service department. If an attempt to deliver the parcel was made without your being present, please contact our customer service department.
Duties & Taxes
Sales tax will be automatically applied to the price of the goods and displayed on the Website upon checkout of the order.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments, if applicable, will be automatically applied to the price of the goods and displayed on the Website upon checkout of the order, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival at the destination country.
If you change your mind after placing your order, we may be able to accept cancellation of said order before it has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value of its contents as stated by the courier.
